{"id":2980,"date":"2025-08-26T10:52:00","date_gmt":"2025-08-26T10:52:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lectoraatvoeding.nl\/nieuws\/\/"},"modified":"2025-09-01T08:54:59","modified_gmt":"2025-09-01T08:54:59","slug":"lezing-over-sarcopenic-obesity-op-iuns-congres-in-parijs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lectoraatvoeding.nl\/en\/nieuws\/lezing-over-sarcopenic-obesity-op-iuns-congres-in-parijs\/","title":{"rendered":"Lezing sarcopenic obesity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"171\" data-end=\"542\">Op uitnodiging van de <strong data-start=\"193\" data-end=\"253\">Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Francophone de Nutrition Clinique et M\u00e9tabolisme<\/strong> gaf ik op dinsdag 26 augustus 2025 een lezing tijdens het symposium <em data-start=\"302\" data-end=\"366\">Sarcopenic Obesity (SO): from the definition to the management<\/em> op het jaarcongres van de <strong data-start=\"393\" data-end=\"447\">International Union of Nutritional Sciences (IUNS)<\/strong> in Parijs. Het symposium werd voorgezeten door <strong data-start=\"495\" data-end=\"517\">Christelle Guillet<\/strong> en <strong data-start=\"521\" data-end=\"539\">Francisca Joly<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"544\" data-end=\"954\">In het programma kwamen verschillende perspectieven op sarcopenic obesity aan bod. <strong data-start=\"627\" data-end=\"645\">Lorenzo Donini<\/strong> (Rome) lichtte de diagnostische criteria voor SO toe. <strong data-start=\"700\" data-end=\"715\">Yves Boirie<\/strong> (Clermont-Ferrand) gaf meer inzicht in de metabolische interactie tussen spiermassa en vetmassa. Zelf presenteerde ik hoe we SO kunnen voorkomen en behandelen door vroegtijdig de indicatoren vetmassa, spiermassa en spierkracht te meten.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"956\" data-end=\"1301\">Met de nieuwe <strong data-start=\"970\" data-end=\"984\">SOP<em>i<\/em>-score<\/strong> (ontwikkeld in het <strong data-start=\"1004\" data-end=\"1022\"><a href=\"https:\/\/lectoraatvoeding.nl\/en\/projecten\/so-nuts\/\">SoNuts<\/a>-project<\/strong>, zie <a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"https:\/\/sopi.info\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1028\" data-end=\"1058\">sopi.info<\/a>) kan het gezondheidsrisico van SO beter worden ingeschat.
