Deze aanpakfase wordt gevolgd door een doorpakfase van 9 maanden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De <strong>di\u00ebtist<\/strong> werkt samen met een <strong>beweegprofessional<\/strong> om <strong>duurzame gedragsverandering<\/strong> te realiseren bij cli\u00ebnten. De leefstijlaanpak bestaat uit individuele consulten, groepslessen over gezonde leeftijl en krachttrainingen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:25%\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Waarom 2Do?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 51%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Diabetes type 2 (DM2) en overgewicht vormen een groeiend gezondheidsprobleem, met name onder ouderen. Afvallen is een belangrijk advies, maar kan leiden tot ongewenst spiermassaverlies, wat de zelfredzaamheid en gezondheid negatief be\u00efnvloedt. Daarnaast leidt het tot langdurige gedragsverandering en een hoge therapietrouw.
